I forgot to mention, those BSOD-s do not create a dump since they freeze on 0%. Are you running an older version of cpuz by chance? Never heard of a gpu causing a blue screen in cpuz before.

I would use whocrashed to view the dumps and figure out what driver or part of the system failed.
